It all depends upon what is available when you call, and the sooner you call before the date of service the more options will be available because there are fewer bookings. We have many vehicles, more than we have listed on the site either because they are the newest party bus or limo or it's simply a vehicle very similar to others shown. We can give you all of the information you'll need about pricing and availability; all you will have to do is contact our agents.
We can not allow anyone to smoke on our vehicles at all, sorry! One reason we enforce this to ensure that your experience in our vehicles will be as fresh as possible, we want every customer to feel like they are the first customer to board our party bus or limo. We hope that you and your passengers understand. But no worries your chauffeur will be glad to make all the smoke and bathroom stops for you, along with any other detours you request during your rental.
Tipping your driver is not required, but it’s completely up to you. Unlike some other companies in and around the area, we don't tack on any mandatory gratuity fee for the chauffeur, and we do that for your benefit. That said of course your chauffeur would appreciate any tips being offered. We always suggest carrying some cash on you just in case you have any time overages so you can pay it on the spot, letting them keep the difference is kind.
It's no big deal, sometimes there is nothing you can do about traffic or other impedances that can occur as well as your event or occasion simply going over time itself. Speak with our booking specialists for exact clarifications but basically we split up hour into sections and simply continue to use the same rate you agreed upon. So for example if you are around a half hour over from the drop off, you would owe half of the hourly rate. We suggest bringing cash to not worry about it but we can also charge it to your card if needed or preferred. Should you learn you will be going over time, please let us know beforehand.
